Why Start Now?

Do you still love the smell of cut grass but feel like everyone’s moved on from sprinting?Are you surrounded by people obsessed with long-distance running or endurance sports, while you crave explosive action?It doesn’t need to be that way.Sprinting is fundamental to human physiology and can be reclaimed at any age.

Ages

Promoted for anyone in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s or 60s, but anyone younger is also encouraged.

Training Techniques

  • Train in whatever shoes you want. NO spikes required!

  • Sprint training is built on low-volume, high-quality explosive drills that are actually fun

  • Short daily solo sessions, plus one or two weekly in-person sessions on the track, sports field or park

Join us for an exciting experience at no cost. Bring your energy and enthusiasm to share with the group.

Location

We train in Cape Town, Northern Suburbs, but everyone is welcome to join the platform.Sessions take place in public parks and grass sports fields, and you perfect your form in your home gym.
